How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Account page and click "Manage Subscription" to access the billing portal. You can cancel there—your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Playbook Atlas isn't a fit, email us at support@playbookatlas.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full—no questions asked.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Visit the Pricing page to move from Free to Sector Intelligence or Atlas Pro. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you can manage your plan anytime from the billing portal on your Account page.

Can I share my account?

No. Subscriptions are for individual use only. Contact us for enterprise pricing if you need team access.
