By using Playbook Atlas, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The Service

Playbook Atlas provides AI intelligence reports, use case analysis, and related content. Access levels depend on your subscription tier.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information
• You're responsible for your account security
• One account per person—no sharing credentials

Payments & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed annually in advance
• You may cancel anytime—access continues until the end of your billing period
• We do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute content
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access
• Attempt to bypass access controls
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

Intellectual Property

All content on Playbook Atlas is owned by Playbook Atlas Ltda. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

Playbook Atlas is provided "as is." We make no warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
